For the love of god give Robert a pay rise, absolutely dedicated to the job and literally the best employee you could ever have.
Extremely poor customer service, served by an older women who charged me 1.20 for a packet of crisp which were retailing at 39p , she then tried to tell me I was in the wrong and got in a strop about it, she then re scanned it and I bought them for 39p whilst she made a huge deal about it in front of everyone, making me feel very uncomfortable and awkward when in fact she had made a mistake, never going back here unless shes better trained and well mannered
Average store, nothing special, does what it needs to do. Staff are not the quickest and i got no bacon in a BLT once. Me and my colleagues regularly get lunch from here. Being asked for ID when purchasing tobacco was a annoying baring in mind I have never been asked by the same staff member 100 times previously. Friendlier and quicker staff who acknowledges regular customers would invite me to go the shop more often, this poor service has resorted to staff members from our company traveling further to morrisons and tescos even though this store is on our doorstep because of the on going id issue and food quality.
Friendly staff and decent products
Not impressed by the staff's attitude here .Unfortunately lost my nat West card in the shop or inadvertently left it in ATM outsideExplained my predicament to a staff member ,who called over the supervisor. I asked her if she would take my number and contact me if anyone found the card.She basically refused and said they would keep it if anyone handed it in ? Not a great help as what should I do ring them every hour?Anyone I cancelled the card straight away as the staff seemed totally unwilling to help me even though at this time there were more staff than customersI am a local resident and have shopped here on a number of occasions ,but am afraid this will be my last visit
